Mr. Jayesh Amrelia has over 18 years of extensive experience in the development sector, working with and supporting programs funded by reputed national and international agencies, including NACO, SAATHII, ILO, GFATM, and GSACS.

He has worked with NCLP–ILO Project as a DBMR Officer and subsequently worked for 3 years with Targeted Intervention (TI) Projects focused on the prevention and elimination of HIV/AIDS among vulnerable and high-risk groups in Vadodara. He served as the Gujarat State Coordinator for the PEHCHAN Project, supported by GFATM, for 5 years, where he was responsible for the capacity building, technical support, monitoring, and strengthening of NGOs and Community-Based Organizations (CBOs). He further worked with SAATHII for 8 years as Monitoring and Evaluation Manager, overseeing the Prevention of Parent-to-Child Transmission of HIV and Syphilis (PPTCT) program across Gujarat, Diu, Daman, and Dadra & Nagar Haveli. In this role, he provided technical and capacity-building support to GSACS and the State AIDS Control Societies of Diu, Daman, and Dadra & Nagar Haveli, particularly in training healthcare providers, including Senior Medical Officers, Medical Officers, Laboratory Technicians, Counsellors, and SRL staff.

He has extensive experience in program management, monitoring and evaluation, capacity building, stakeholder coordination, training, and implementation of development initiatives, He is currently handling and coordinating eight key projects under the Holistic Education and Development portfolio, namely:

With over six years of experience in the development sector, He has a rich professional background. Previously, he contributed his expertise to the Foundation for Capability Building through the LEAAD-Ek Pahel project, and also served at the Ministry of Minority Affairs on the SIKHO aur KAMAO project. Presently, for over five years, he has been a pivotal member of the Baroda Citizens Council as a Project Manager in the Skill Development and Livelihood Department. He has successfully led various programs spanning Education, Women Empowerment, Skill Development & Livelihood, Monitoring, Evaluation, Training & Development, and Digital Literacy, showcasing his diverse skill set and commitment to community development.

Dharini, holding degrees in BA, MA, B.Ed., and MSW, is dedicated to community development. With 19 years of experience, including 12 years in education and 7 years at Baroda Citizens Council, she excels in projects like Born Learning, Aanganwadi Adoption, and Village Development. As Project Coordinator, her strengths lie in public speaking, leadership, project management, community needs assessment, monitoring & evaluation, and communication

Vijay Patel is a dedicated social development professional with over 13 years of experience in program management, project coordination, community development, skill development, livelihood promotion, and CSR project implementation. He holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) from Sardar Patel University, Anand, with extensive field experience in designing, implementing, monitoring, and coordinating community-focused development initiatives.

Throughout his career, Vijay has worked across CSR, government and community development programs, with a strong focus on creating sustainable social impact. As a Project Technical Officer under the Ministry of Family Welfare, Government of India, he contributed to initiatives related to family welfare, community engagement, awareness generation, and social development.

He has also played key roles in implementing urban livelihood and skill development initiatives at Godhra Municipality and Deesa Municipality under the National Urban Livelihood Mission (NULM), Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, Government of India. His work has focused on skill enhancement, employability, entrepreneurship, livelihood generation, community mobilization, training coordination, and linking beneficiaries with sustainable income opportunities.

With strong expertise in CSR project management, skill development, livelihood promotion, community mobilization, stakeholder coordination, capacity building, counselling, monitoring & evaluation, and strategic partnerships, Vijay works toward developing programs that create measurable and sustainable outcomes for communities.

Anjana Goricha has an experience of working in Accounts and Finance field for more than 9 years. Previously, for 5 years she worked as a Chief Accountant and Finance Manager in a private manufacturing company situated at Jamnagar. Later on she moved to Vadodara and joined Baroda Citizens Council in 2020 as an Accounts and Admin Manger. It's been 4 years since she is working with BCC.

I am having experience of working in Accounts Department for more than 32 years. Previously I was working with Shaily Engineering Plastics Pvt Ltd situated at Rania for 22 years as Accounts Executive. I am working with Baroda Citizens Council since last 3 years as Senior Accountant.

9 years of work experience in Academics (Teaching Assistant) and 2 years in Research, she has expertise in the area of Early Childhood Care & camp; Education, Psychosocial wellbeing of Children in Healthcare settings and is passionate to work with children and families for community development. She is skilled to conduct training sessions in the area of ECCE and intervention programs for medical & camp; para-medical staff in health care settings. she is associated with Baroda Citizens Council from one and a half year and continues to contribute in Balwadi and Day Care Center Projects.

Vaishali Sharma is based at Vadodara, Gujarat and currently working with Baroda Citizens Council as a Project Manager. She is with BCC since 2021. She holds a Masters degree in Human Development and Family Studies from The Maharaja Sayajiroa University of Baroda. She has a working experience of nine years as a Manager in the field of Advocacy and Fund raising with Helpage India in Rajasthan. She participated in various workshops and Seminars conducted by various NGOs and CSRBOX for the betterment and uplifting of the society.

Rita Thaker holds B.com degree from M.S. University of Baroda, where she has specialization in Accounts. She has experience in front desk, Steno Typist and Admin Department for more than 17 years. From last 7 years she contributed in Tiger Advertising as a Receptionist. Now since 2 years she is working in BCC as a Sr.Executive Admin.

As an IT & Social Media Officer at Baroda Citizens Council (BCC), responsible for managing the organization’s website, social media presence, and digital communications. The role includes maintaining and updating the website, managing digital platforms, creating engaging social media content, posts, reels, and campaigns, and supporting the organization’s technology and digital requirements. The role also contributes to event coverage, digital storytelling, and media activities to effectively communicate BCC’s projects, initiatives, and community impact.

As a CSR Executive at Baroda Citizens Council (BCC), I contribute to the development and management of CSR initiatives by supporting project planning, proposal development, corporate engagement, implementation coordination, monitoring, and impact reporting. He currently serves as a Project Officer for the Village Development Project at Baroda Citizens Council, where he contributes to the planning, implementation, and coordination of village-level development initiatives.

As a Counselling Psychologist and Centre Supervisor at the Mental Health Counselling Centre Baroda Citizens Council, I provide psychological counselling, emotional support, and evidence-informed interventions to individuals across diverse age groups. My responsibilities include psychological assessment, crisis intervention, case formulation, documentation, follow-up, and appropriate referrals, while ensuring a confidential, ethical, and non-judgmental therapeutic environment. I also coordinate with Psychiatrist, Clinical Psychologist, Legal Advisor, SHE Team, Police Stations, and other relevant stakeholders to facilitate comprehensive, multidisciplinary support for individuals and families.

I actively contribute to preventive and community-based mental health initiatives through the planning and facilitation of psychoeducation and mental health awareness programs across schools, universities, corporates, hospitals, orphanage and community settings.
