Aims and Objectives of the Project

At BCC "PRERNA" supported by MG Motor we conduct free skill development training on Cutting and Stitching,hand embroidery, and creating home decors, handcrafted jewellery bags, hand-painted greeting cards etc.

AIM

To support economically underprivileged women from urban slums as well as to revive traditional art and handicrafts by training and encouraging budding artisans through our Sustainable Livelihood Program for Women

OBJECTIVE

To empower and build skill of 100 underprivileged women from urban slums of vadodara in tailoring and embroidery and enhance self employment and self reliance in them.

IMPARTED TRAINING ON MAKING ITEMS OUT OF CLOTHES AND ENHANCE THE CAPACITY WITH RESPECT TO :
  • Marketing aspects of tailoring unit
  • SHGs and and cooperatives of tailoring units
